Eligibility

 

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging/tags.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

• Final sale, clearance, and personalized/embroidered products can’t be returned or exchanged unless defective.

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

1. Email us at thetrainingroominc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

 

 

Refunds

 

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

 

 

Exchanges

 

• For a different size or color, please specify in your email — we’ll ship the replacement after receiving your original item.
